Welcome to Tornhub, your hub for the latest and greatest public and private Call of Duty: Warzone tournaments. By registering, accessing, or using Tornhub, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country to use Tornhub. You must own a valid Activision ID and comply with Call of Duty’s terms of service.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information: first name, last name, address, email, and Activision ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Tournament Rules
All tournament rules will be outlined per event and must be adhered to. Cheating, use of exploits, or toxic behavior will result in disqualification and/or account suspension. Prizes are awarded based on performance and are subject to verification.
4. Payments and Refunds
Entry fees (if applicable) are processed securely via Checkout.com. Refunds are not guaranteed once the tournament begins unless explicitly stated.
5. Prizes
Winners may be required to verify their identity before receiving payouts. All prize payments will be made via Checkout.com or other designated methods.
6. Suspension and Termination
Tornhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules, misuse the platform, or breach any part of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and features are owned by Tornhub unless stated otherwise. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a license to use it for promotion or administrative purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tornhub is not liable for technical issues, in-game problems, or third-party service outages. We are not responsible for any lost earnings, winnings, or damages unless caused by our gross negligence.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
